Described as “state of the art” across 40 acres of land, the new 90,000 square-foot technology hub in Southwest Las Vegas, at UnCommons, Matter Real Estate Group is expected to grow its team of over 1,000 employees, at a cost of $400m.

Matt Kalish, DraftKings Co-founder and President, North America, said: “Our new office space and Las Vegas expansion further exemplifies DraftKings’ investment in its employees and the future of the company, as well as the local community.

“Our goal is to create another world-class work environment that will foster DraftKings’ innovation, further bolster our local presence, and deepen community involvement. With these lofty aspirations, we were thrilled to discover that UnCommons mirrors these high standards.”

The new office will be the second-largest for the expanding company, similar to its Boston headquarters. The office will to customised with DraftKings branding across the floorplan and workspaces, as well as several different entertainment and workstations.

The space was designed by visionaries and interior architects, including over 130 dedicated sports trading desks amidst the hubbub of a full multimedia wall, a 7,500-square-foot cafeteria and event space, a 500 square foot interactive putting green and a custom casino training pit.

If this wasn’t enough; the company’s Las Vegas office will also provide private and public outdoor spaces alongside a mother’s room and the infrastructure to offer unmatched amenities for its employees, these include personal grooming such as manicures, pedicures and onsite haircuts. The offices will also adhere to religious beliefs by providing a prayer room and more for its staff members.

Jim Stuart, Matter Real Estate Group Partner, commented: “We are thrilled to deliver the calibre of modern workplace and innovation that DraftKings is looking for in its second-largest office in the US. We look forward to providing an idyllic setting to foster meaningful relationships, increase performance and spark new ideas.”
