BettingPros inks deal with SharpSports for bet-tracking software

BetTracking

The sports betting advice website has signed a deal for SharpSports’ bet-tracking software as it looks to strengthen its offering.

BettingPros, owned by Marzen Media, aims to become a “one-stop shop” for bettors.

SharpSports, meanwhile, is a New York-based B2B software provider whose BetLink technology includes its signature “synced picks” feature.

This allows bettors to track, share and analyse their bets, and works with the top 10 sportsbooks in North America.

As a result, BettingPros believes this feature will enhance its offering to customers, with Marzen Media Co-founder and CEO David Kim commenting: “We are so excited to be working with SharpSports to bring the convenience our bettors crave to our platform.

“We know how cumbersome manual bet tracking is and are happy to be part of the solution.  We can’t wait to see what experiences SharpSports can help bring to life next.”

SharpSports was founded in 2020 and is backed by investors such as SharpAlpha, 305 Ventures, Dave VanEgmond, Jeremy Levine and Joey Levy.

“Just like Plaid allows developers to integrate with their consumers’ bank accounts to empower financial wellness, SharpSports provides integrations to the largest sportsbooks in North America to promote responsible, fun betting,” wrote the company.

SharpSports’ Founder and CEO Ryan Murphy was enthusiastic about his company’s partnership with BettingPros, saying: “We’re excited to be working with one of the premier content providers in the space to bring new tools to sports bettors.

“David and the team share our vision of empowering bettors and giving them a seamless experience.  We could not ask for a better platform to align with.”
