All of the operator’s 2,445 shops in England will reopen their doors on the 15 June, while the remaining 3,000 shops will open at a later date as lockdowns are eased.
As part of its plan to reopen, GVC has outlined a number of health and safety measures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
The safety measures, which have been designed to meet the expectations of the UK Government and World Health Organisation, include increased cleaning of facilities, tools to supports social distancing such as floor markings, and provision of hand sanitiser.

GVC saw a 1% increase in net gaming revenue (NGR) year-on-year for Q1 2020, while online NGR was up 19%.
