Betsson.sport has agreed a deal with Serie A outfit Torino Football Club.
The collaboration between the pair was made official during the Derby della Mole, which is contested between Torino and Juventus, on Saturday, as the sides played out a 0-0 draw in Italy’s premier division.
Through this deal, which has been described as a “new chapter” for both, they will “work to bring passion, a value that distinguishes both, to the world of football, as well as numerous innovations in favor of Granata fans thanks to unique and engaging collaborations.”
It was only last month when Betsson.sport launched in Italy, with footballing legend Francesco Totti confirmed as an ambassador, with this partnership with Torino marking a key early expansion.
Torino FC Commercial Director Lorenzo Barale said: “We are very happy to welcome Betsson.sport to the Granata world.
“Through this partnership, we will tell numerous engaging stories for our fan base, also accompanying Betsson.sport in their mission to give greater resonance for all sport, not just football.”
Betsson Group Managing Director Italy Stefano Tino added: “This partnership with Torino FC is a significant step for Betsson Sport in consolidating our presence in the Bel Paese.
“We are proud to collaborate with one of the most prestigious teams in Italian football and we look forward to providing fans with unforgettable experiences.”
In a similar move back in January, Betsson secured a deal to be the new global main sponsor for Colombia’s most successful football club, Atlético Nacional.
