Amy Steinman joins Scientific Games as Chief Human Resources Officer

Steinman, who brings 25 years of experience from Koch Industries, will oversee the global lottery company’s workforce of 3,000 employees across 16 countries.

During her tenure at Koch Industries, Steinman held several positions, including as the executive who led the integration of Infor, a multitenant SaaS business, into Koch.

Her responsibilities included organisational design, talent development and fostering a collaborative global culture.

She also served as Business Transformation Change Management Executive, where she developed change leadership strategies for digital and process transformations. Her career also includes HR leadership roles at Invista and Georgia-Pacific.

In May 2024, Scientific Games announced an expanded agreement with the Kansas Lottery to provide its instant game management program. This program includes portfolio management, game planning services, data analytics, advanced logistics, licensed brand services and retail sales and marketing support.

Additionally, Scientific Games will implement its SCiQ retail ecosystem at select Kansas Lottery retailers to improve instant game inventory management. The agreement is set for five years, with an option for a five-year extension.

Furthermore, Scientific Games recently renewed its primary provider contract with the New York Lottery for scratch-off games, a partnership that has been in place for nearly 50 years.
