Symplify and WiseGaming announce CRM Partnership

This collaboration aims to integrate Symplify’s engagement features into WiseGaming’s CRM, data hub and communication channels.

WiseGaming, which offers turnkey and white-label solutions, will now use Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules, as well as site conversion testing modules. These tools are intended to help WiseGaming’s partners create customised, AI-optimised experiences for their players. 

In June, Symplify introduced an Instant Messaging service, beginning with Telegram, as part of its suite of engagement tools. This service is expected to expand to include multiple messaging platforms.

In May 2024, Symplify expanded its partnership with MegaRush Casino to provide CRM services for three additional brands under the MegaRush licence. This includes the use of Symplify’s Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules for multi-channel communication.

Symplify also partnered with Playbook Engineering in May 2024 to integrate its CRM ecosystem into Playbook’s platform, which serves brands like StarSports, AK Bet and NRG. Other recent partnerships include agreements with AdmiralBet, nChain and King Billy Casino.
